In the 2 short years we have been online we have experienced massive growth. So much so that we are now serving over 1 billion ad impressions a month on over 500 Million pages. We have you, our members to thank for our continued success and growth.

For those of you who are publishers and are showing our ads on your pages, we would like to remind you that you are not limited to having just one ad zone on your site. You can add additional ad zones for each page you have on your site. We allow up to 3 ad zones per page.

Why would you add additional ad zones to your page(s)? Its simple, the more ad zones you have the more exposure your site gets, the better your chances an advertiser will purchase from you.

We get many questions from our members about many different subjects. We thought we would share some of these questions to help you better understand how AdHitz works.

Can I use the same ad zone on other pages in my site?
Yes you can copy the same code from page to page.

Can I add a website to your database that I dont own?
No, you must own the site or have the ability to edit the pages to add our ad code to each page. You cannot add an affiliate program link such as ClixSense as you have no way to edit these pages.

Why arent your ads showing on my site?
This one is a bit more complicated. The #1 reason is that the website you have added to our database does not match the actual web address where you are trying to display ads. For example if you entered at our site www.domain.com but when you goto www.domain.com it loads in a frame or it redirects to mysite.domain.com then our ads will not show correctly. The address you enter at our websites form MUST match exactly the address where you are trying to show our ad zones.

Why isnt my site showing in the Browse Websites Directory?
The most common reason your site isnt listed is because if you have less than 100 unique hits (visits) to your website a day, we will not show your site in our directory. The other main reason could be that if your site is new, it takes 4 hours or more for our system to add your site to the directory.

Do you have an affiliate program?
At this time we do not. We are working on a new version of AdHitz that will have a new appearance, more advertising options and an affiliate program.

Can I use my balance to purchase ads?
Yes, as long as you have $2.00 in your account then you can use that to purchase a new ad. Or you can use part of your balance toward the purchase of an ad and then pay the rest through Paypal or AlertPay.

Slider Ads Announced

We are happy to announce that starting September 1st 2011, BidVertiser will be supporting Slider Ads.

Slider Ads are ads that are sliding up from the bottom of the screen and show on top of the page. This ad format is incredibly popular and it generates extremely high revenues. Slider Ads are showing up only once per 24 hours per user, are completely non-intrusive and have a small close button right above them.

The great news are that we have been testing Slider Ads with our top publishers for the past months and results are fantastic, generating a revenue growth of over 200%.

The revenue payment for the Slider Ads will be listed as part of your Conversion Revenue.
